What is the estimated processing time for my order?

2-7 business days (US orders)

What is the estimated shipping time for my order?

While shipping time is typically 3-5 business days for US orders, please note that fulfillment times and carrier shipping estimates can change based on various factors, such as shipping delays, unexpected technical difficulties, harsh weather, or due to COVID-19 & USPS shipping delays.

Where will my order ship from?

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Please be sure to:

  1. Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
  2. Ask your local post office if they have your package
  3. Verify that the package was not delivered to another member of your household or a neighbor

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or a neighbor, please get in touch with us at info@stepin2purpose.com with your order number.

If there was a mistake in your delivery address, please send an email to info@stepin2purpose.com with your order number and the correct address. Please note that additional fees may apply to re-ship your purchase.

What if my order is incorrect when it arrives?

Please confirm the product, size and color that was purchased in your order. Unfortunately due to COVID-19 concerns, there are no returns of correctly processed items (based on customer order).

If an error was made on our end in processing your order, please email us at info@stepin2purpose.com, including your order number and the correct product details (item, color, size), and we will process the correct item and ship it to you (with no additional cost for shipping).

What does "available on backorder" mean?

The selected item is not currently in stock, however it is expected to be available to ship soon (expected date of shipment provided via email if purchased). If the order cannot be fulfilled due to product availability, an alternate option may be provided or your purchase will be refunded.
