Where will my order ship from?

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide!

My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?

Please be sure to:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Verify that the package was not delivered to another member of your household or a neighbor

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or a neighbor, please get in touch with us at with your order number.

If there was a mistake in your delivery address, please send an email to with your order number and the correct address. Please note that additional fees may apply to re-ship your purchase.

What if my order is incorrect when it arrives?

Please confirm the product, size and color that was purchased in your order. Unfortunately due to COVID-19 concerns, there are no returns of correctly processed items (based on customer order).

If an error was made on our end in processing your order, please email us at, including your order number and the correct product details (item, color, size), and we will process the correct item and ship it to you (with no additional cost for shipping).
